1. Processing Time

We aim to process and ship your order as quickly as possible:

  • In-stock items usually ship within 4 business days
  • If items need to be restocked, please allow up to 7 business days
  • During peak periods (such as holidays or new releases), processing may take an additional 2–3 business days

2. Shipping Regions & Carriers

We ship to most countries worldwide, including but not limited to:
United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Southeast Asia, and more.

We partner with trusted international carriers, such as:
USPS, UPS, DHL, YunExpress, SF International, depending on the destination and availability.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

  • United States & Canada: 7–15 business days
  • Europe: 10–20 business days
  • Asia (excluding Mainland China) & Oceania: 8–18 business days

📦 We ship from our warehouses in China and the United States, and will automatically choose the most efficient route based on your location.

4. Tracking & Notifications

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
You can track your package at any time using the provided link.
